At this year's Sales Kickoff, the goal was clear: move beyond traditional swag handouts and create an experience that felt intentional, memorable, and valuable to the sales team here at BRANDITO. Rather than our typical swag kits that we hand out, we wanted to shift the focus a bit and build something that was a little more meaningful.
To bring this to life, we went with Numo's Leather Lab, an on-site activation centered around personalization and purpose.
The setup was simple but impactful. A workstation equipped with two debossers and trays of letters created a hands-on experience where attendees could design something that was uniquely their own.
To kickoff SKO, reps were encouraged to identify their “word of the year.” Something to guide their actions, keep them focused, and set the tone for the months ahead.
During the activation, each participant had their word stamped into a leather valet tray. Designed to live on their desk, it becomes part of their everyday routine. Whether it’s holding keys, a watch, or small essentials, it serves as a subtle, daily reminder of the intention they set.
The Leather Lab successfully combined hands-on engagement with personal reflection. It created space for everyone to slow down, think intentionally, and walk away with something that felt relevant to them.
The result was an activation that was interactive without being forced, personal without being complicated, and practical without sacrificing quality. It’s a reminder that the best branded experiences don’t just get attention, they stick.
