BREAKING NEWS: BRANDITO Brought the Buzz to EMS in Vegas with a Booth Like No Other

Last week, the BRANDITO team packed our bags (and our best ideas) and headed to the Experiential Marketing Summit (EMS) in Las Vegas. But we didn’t just show up, we made a statement.
Extra, extra! Read all about it - Our booth? A newsstand.
Imagine this: vintage corner store brought to life through the lens of BRANDITO’s creativity. From custom-printed newspapers to SWAG disguised as candy bars (and real candy bars of course), custom gum packs and really so much more. Every detail was designed to surprise, spark curiosity, and draw people in. Our goal? To reframe what a booth could be – less display, more interaction.
Standing Out by Design
Let’s be honest... most trade show booths blur together in a sea of logos, lanyards, and lookalike booths. That’s why we focus on creating booths that make people stop, smile, and stay awhile.
Here’s how we brought our newsstand concept to life:
Custom Newspapers - We designed vintage-style newspapers filled with BRANDITO content to set the scene and serve as eye-catching takeaways.
Bird Darts (Golf Tees) - Packaged to look like classic cigarette boxes, these were a surprise that turned heads and sparked conversation.
Recycled Tote Bags – Inspired by the classic supermarket bags, our totes were not only sustainable but also full of our branding touches.
Portable Chargers – Wrapped to look like nostalgic candy bars, these were both functional and fun, exactly what great SWAG should be!
Tony’s Chocolonely Bars – Each bar was wrapped in custom packaging that matched our booth’s aesthetic, adding a sweet (and shareable) touch to the experience.
Custom Packs of Gum - These weren’t just minty fresh—they were pocket-sized branded moments. Each pack featured clever BRANDITO messaging that made them a fun, flavorful surprise people kept (and shared). Small in size, big on impression.
Our Setup – From signage to our booth props, every detail was intentionally curated to pull the theme together and pull attendees into the BRANDITO “newsstand” experience.
Creating an Interactive Experience
Of course, it wasn’t just about the looks. We wanted to engage attendees as well. Our interactive activation featured custom scratch-off cards, giving attendees the excitement of a mini game with the potential to win a prize. Depending on what they scratched off, some walked away with eye-catching SWAG, others walked away with the delight of coming from a showstopping booth. It was a fun way to not only give out some of our SWAG and spark conversations.
Why It Worked
We didn’t just promote BRANDITO, we created a branded experience. People came for the theme, stayed for the activation, and left with a better understanding of how we can help create lasting brand impressions.
